Being a professional in the customer service industry I can confidently say that Westwood provides a level of service that is unmatched. Their professionalism, attention to detail, organization and communication ensure a great experience.

Our home is complicated and fully custom. It includes multiple generations, different design themes, and challenging expectations. Westwood exceeded not only my expectations but the diverse expectations of my whole family.

If I were to sum up the build in a word I’d say “smooth”. The team is professional and they have a number of ways to keep you informed. From formal budget meetings, to on-site meetups; from randomly showing up at the job site to tracking progress through the app across the country you’ll always be up to speed. The team excels at providing a personalized and professional experience. They are also downright wonderful people; patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were never rushed, and Westwood always put our interests first.

In an age where service seems to be an afterthought my family and I were simply blown away at how smooth and well coordinated it all went. We couldn’t be more thankful that Westwood built our home.
